Founded by Colorado natives, Breathe Easy Environmental has more than 30+ years of combined experience of real estate remodel, restoration, and remediation. We have seen it all over the years, and our team has the expertise, training, required licenses and certifications, state-of-the-art equipment, and best-practice methods to ensure an approved remediation of any issue in your home or business.

Breathe Easy Environmental’s is a Mother/Son owned company that manages a team of trained, bonded, and insured personnel have the expertise to manage any project, from inspection, to cleanup, to final certification. We use state-of-the-art, industry-specific inspection/detection equipment, the latest safety equipment, and cleanup best practices to ensure we get the job done right and on time. Lu Ann Grady
Lu Ann is a Colorado raised farm girl who learned at a very early age the value of a strong work ethic as well as the importance of honesty, integrity and dedication. Having been in the construction and remediation industry for 25 years, she has acquired 15 different licenses and certifications that have allowed her to be one of the most trained and sought out experts in the industry. While Lu Ann has had the privilege of working with and learning from some of the biggest and best companies in the Industry, she is grateful for the opportunity to use her unique skillset and expertise in her own family owned business. Over the years, Lu Ann has worked with countless homeowners, builders, investors and insurance companies. This has given her the distinctive ability to see the project from all different perspectives and offer the very best, and responsible advice.

Gary Grady (Lu Ann’s Son)
Following his mom around as a child, Gary practically grew up in the construction industry. Working side jobs for the family business on nights and weekends here in Colorado, for the last 20 years, Gary has managed hundreds of projects and obtained numerous certifications in restoration and abatement. Gary has always found the value of working closely with State and Government agencies in order to not only have a current understanding of code and regulatory requirements, but also to mitigate any potential risk on behalf of his clients. Gary believes when you love what you do it shows in your dedication and performance.
